Best laid plans when arye. I was going to chase a Ash-throated Flycatcher that was hanging out at the south end of Jekyll. But...it was lawn mowing day. That kind of noise and wild bird do not go together. I had to settle for other birds. It was still a good day. It was a quiet week as far as real migration. The blue sky and strong High over us is allowing the birds to keep flying right past us. But that is good for the birds.
